RL  Landscape Design has been in business since 1997 and based out of Rockford's home studio in Rocklin, Ca.  Rockford has been engaged in landscape design work since the early 1970's, often part time while managing Retail Garden Centers in Southern and Northern California.  Rockford holds professional certifications from the California Association of Nursery Professionals and the Master Nursery Association, a California SDS Teaching Credential and a California Contrators License #470570 which is currently inactive.  Rockford retired the license when he sold his contracting businiess in the early 90's
All installation work supervised by Rockford is performed by his fully licensed, bonded and insured associate contractor.
